Soul of a Nation
The Broad’s presentation of Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power 1963-1983, organized by the Tate Modern, London, March 23 to September 1, 2019. I am honored to be part of this exhibition showing Wall of Consciousness, 1972. I would like to visit the exhibition and continue to study its contents along with studying African American and Cultural diverse artists at The Los Angeles County Museum of Art. This research will bring new ideas and historical information that will add to my ongoing research, professional development and support the content of my course on Multicultural Issues in art Education.
